Our Story Before The Approach

For over two decades, our founders lived in the world of complex B2B Sales and Key Account Management, working alongside some of the world's largest enterprises. They experienced the highs, the grind, and everything in between. And throughout those years, they saw something deeply troubling.

Companies were investing heavily in CRM platforms, implementation projects, senior consultants, and training programs. And yet the people actually doing the work (the salespeople, the service reps, and their managers) were getting more burdened and exhausted.

They were spending more time fighting their CRM than engaging with clients. The very systems meant to help them were making their work harder and slowing them down. We saw this pattern repeatedly across industries and geographies.

And then we understood why.

The conventional CRM SaaS industry is built around a handoff. Software vendors collected the license fee and stepped back. Implementation partners and consultants charged fortunes to make the software work. Clients were caught in the middle with poor adoption and poor ROI. Nobody is accountable for the outcome.

That is not a technology failure, but a philosophy failure.

We came to believe that technology should enable and empower people, not exhaust them with friction. That frustration became a conviction. And that conviction became HappSales.

Navin brings over two-decades of industry experience in sales and account management. Prior to founding HappSales, while working for SAP AG, he was at the forefront of many transformation initiatives while engaging with diverse enterprises. In the past, he was associated with SAS, Avaya, HCL and Domino Printech.

Vijay Kumar

CTO

Vijay comes with more than twenty years of industry experience across software development & project management with organizations like Tech Mahindra, TCS and Sonata. He is passionate about leveraging technology to solve business problems.
