Before founding HappSales, our founders had spent over two-decades in the industry helping many organizations with their transformation initiatives.
They observed that many companies struggled to improve sales velocity, customer service and profitability in a simple, efficient and affordable manner. While CRM software has been in the market for decades, these conventional platforms had very low success rate due to poor user-adoption and high total cost of ownership (TCO).
Front-end customer facing reps found these systems very cumbersome, time-consuming and ineffective for their day-to-day operations. Non-revenue-generating activities choked more than 60% of their bandwidth hampering their productivity and performance.
Also, less than 30% of valuable account information actually made it in to these systems. Most companies relied on a bunch of complex excel sheets that led to huge inefficiencies in their business. Companies routinely lost out on market intelligence that could have been leveraged to stay ahead of their game and outperform competition.
After witnessing the frustration among several business leaders and their teams, our founders decided to start HappSales in the year 2018 to address these challenges in a simpler and frugal manner.
